Chelsey Lane Apartments

We moved here almost 4 months ago, and that was a big mistake. First, we were excited. It’s a nice big space inside the apartment the main problem is the neighbor around us if you can live with loud and noisy people with a bunch of kids, screaming, and yelling if you can sacrifice with the restless, go ahead and move to here If I have the option to give them zero star , I will unfortunately I have to leave one star

Crystal and the management team are the best in Gresham. The place is relatively quiet and peaceful. Kid friendly and management handles requests promptly. Love living here. Most of the neighbors are good people, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. All round good place to live. It’s reasonably affordable, renewal is a breeze, and Crystal (current manager) goes out of her way to bring you great living experience. Thank you Chelsey Lane.

My wife and I just Stopped by to inquire about a 2 bedroom for our sons. The lady in The managers office with dirty blonde hair flung open the window "I'm not open what do you want? I have nothing available, what are you looking for? Why ask if the first words out of your mouth are I have nothing available. Uhhh what do I want? A sign saying you are not open and have nothing available for one. A professional attitude for 2 and the quickest way out of here for 3.

I have lived here for over 10 years and have never had a problem except occasionally loud music. It's very family oriented and the kids are great. Management is wonderful and when I put in a maintenance request it is taken care of quickly.

Unprofessional as they come! I driving through the parking lot and accidentally went the wrong way. I was turning around and the the manager come outside stares me down with one of the dirtiest looks I've ever got. Then with an attitude and a rude manner wanted to go off about all the clearly posted signs which I was not able to see any lol. definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to rent there because obviously the manager is super unprofessional.
