Chateau Riviera Apartments

I've been here a little over a week. The ladies in the management office are really good, the showing was good start to finish. I appreciate Chantel making sure my move in cost were correct, Raven was great as well, nice & informative. So far, I love the unit, quiet area, me and my pet do feel safe. Im very big on safety, so first moving in maintenance addressed all issues if there were any, he was nice as well. This was the first unit I have moved in and it was clean and move in ready, so kudos to their team. I did make a error, management addressed it respectfully and we moved forward. Only drawback is the security gate, not sure why is so much traffic after hours with it. It has been knocked down the last two Saturdays. My visit went well. The property manager, Chantel is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I felt comfortable asking questions about the property and average tenant experiences. I would highly recommend this complex as a pleasant place to reside. Large units, new pool, onsite maintenance and the environment are worth the rental rates. Comparable to surrounding apartment complexes, Chateau Riviera exceeded my expectations.

It's a very nice place to live, the staff are great and accommodating when issues come up. They take their management position very seriously and will do what it takes to make sure your issues are resolved in a timely manner. They're great!!!

My son and I had our own apartments there and the ladies in the office were wonderful in working it out for us. I felt safe there and grounds were always cared for , nice neighbors and my apartment had charm! If we ever move back to Roanoke I will go there first. No problem ever with maintenance or my deposits . Thanks for giving us a nice place to call home .

I arrived in front of this neighborhood to make a delivery for a third party company. At one point a car appeared behind me and after less than 2 minutes a black woman got out and started screaming and cursing at me to move my car because she lives here. I got out of the car trying to calm the conflict but the woman screamed even louder, then I said I would call the police if she didn't calm down. Of course, she started screaming even louder and a man got out of the car and started cursing at me too. So, because i felt threatened, I turned the car behind them, let them to go trough. I don't know who they are but I'm posting a picture of the car with the Michigan license plate EUD 5478. So rude people, instead of trying to help me, they behaved miserably, they don't deserve to live in th
