Chase Home Lending

If I could leave no stars, I would. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I would never recommend this company. The employees are very uneducated and lack experience, along with common sense. This company has no consideration for other people’s time. They have no sense of urgency. I have heard nothing but tragic experiences going through chase. Cancelling my application and going through another lender. The process with the new lender has been a million times faster and easier and I secured a better interest rate. I do not understand how chase can operate in this way and still have their doors open.
