The Mark Apartments

I recently leased a unit at The Mark, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like home already. What really made the entire process exceptional, though, was working with Jenny. She was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind — she made everything seamless and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and she went above and beyond to ensure the leasing process was smooth. If you’re considering leasing at The Mark, I highly recommend it. Very streamlined lease process, and Beth is great to work with. Clean and spacious apartments. Maintenance requests are completed promptly. Gym has all the essentials. Good location. Quite pleased and would recommend! So far so good :)

Highly recommend! Love how pet-friendly the complex is, and the 24-hour-access gym. Maintenance responds quickly and resolves issues in a timely manner. The level of service and dedication to professionalism shown by the property managers are no less than excellent. Beth and Jenny did everything they could to provide me with accurate information to assist me in my move in process, making a normally headache inducing life event, into a breeze! The property is beautiful and well maintained, accompanied by convenient amenities. Highly recommend anybody to come here if you're looking for a place to lay your head!

I relocated from Wisconsin to these apartments. My main reason for choosing this community was because of how knowledgeable and helpful Bethsabel was when we met for my tour which ultimately saved me a lot of time researching the area and things myself. I appreciate all the help and advice during this transition as it took a lot of stress off of me. So 5 stars for her if I was able to separate the two. The complex itself is pretty nice. I had a couple issues in my first apartment, so that is why I did not give 5 stars here, but they did eventually elevate the issue somewhat before I transferred into a larger unit and since transferring to that apartment I’ve been happy since then! No complaints atm. I am very happy about all the amenities here and cannot wait to be able to utilize more of
