Century Point Apartments

Almost every car has no exhaust in the parking lot. Garbage cans have no lids, garbage blowing all over the parking lot. They work on their cars in the parking lot running a mechanic shop tools banging all day long every day along the fence line.

Before you move here read this!!! I recently left this complex because there is a red camaro that belongs to someone who lives there that makes an incredibly loud noise every time it starts, it even shakes the windows of my apartment, you hear it even in the middle of the night. It comes from 2298 we see the owner come out that building. It would wake my baby every time. They gotta do something about that. My neighbors were fed up with that too.

A lot of old reviews here. I've lived here for about 3 years now so I'll make it easy for you. No pool, no pets, no pests either. There's parking for visitors, there's a park, there's laundry place and everyone gets a small storage space. The only thing that makes this place "luxury" is that it has a fire place in the living room. But it doesn't even work. They are nice apartments but there's always kids and teens hanging in the hallways and they leave their trash, usually stay in the second floor or laundry rooms. Lady in the office is really helpful too. Good for the price but I was told by someone who just moved in that they are raising the prices. Forgot to mention Police are usually present in the summer and I feel safe here. I haven't had any problems.

I'm not sure what the rent is, but for what they pay the parking lot looks like it hasn't had a sweeper go through there in decades. It's also full of potholes. No landscaping other than cutting the grass. This place is gross and you feel unsafe the second you turn into the complex. My cousin lived here for about 5 years, and it certainly hasn't gotten any better over the years. Only positive is that it's in a good location right off of Army Trail and close to expressway.

This place is trash. If you LOVE loud ignorant neighbors, no parking, and constant car thefts and damage. Then this place is for YOU! Lived here for about eight years. Had several break ins in my laundry room facilities. Constantly kicking out grown adults and kids smoking weed and drinking in the hallways at all hours. We have police hiding in bushes but never make any arrest. A lot of dropped gun chargers in the complex alone. Go ahead and look it up. Let's not talk about the warm months of the year. Children as young as three running around with no parents in sight and the adults that are around hang out selling drugs with loud music playing out of their cars.
