I absolutely love Ivana !!! She’s so helpful and the way she speaks to you , it’s so personal and caring . I get worried to call places sometimes cause the wait time or who’s going to Answer and give a hard time but Ivana answers your questions in 2 minutes and she always understands you. I also had sent a message through the portal a couple days ago and someone called me immediately after I sent it. I feel like they’re always on top of things to assist you. Also maintenance. Maintenance always sends texts to see if your place is okay. I just really love the people. Never had a problem .:)

Even if the rent is low, it’s not worth it. I moved here from a women’s shelter and at first it seemed great. A low-rent place in a relatively safe area where I could live. Soon after I moved in, I noticed many problems. The front door to our building never locked. Someone kept breaking it and during my 2.5 year stay, it only worked for about a month. A group of men would stand outside my door in the middle of the night drinking alcohol. Children were up all hours of the day and night, banging on my windows and pulling pranks of ding dong ditching my door. Having just survived a DV situation, I felt terrified. The office staff never corrected a single thing I brought to their attention. Furthermore, they charged me fees on top of fees on move out after I left the apartment looking better t

The recent increase in laundry prices is frustrating and disappointing. The cost to wash a load went from $2 to $2.50, which adds up quickly for residents who use the machines regularly. On top of that, the office and common areas often close earlier than posted without any notice, which is inconvenient and unprofessional for residents trying to plan their day. Better communication and consideration for tenants would make a big difference.

Do you like loud obnoxious neighbors that are incredibly ignorant at all hours of the day? Do you like pulling up to your apartment complex after working all night to finding no parking available? Do you have a handicap friend that wants to use the handicap parking spot but the spots always filled with a car with no handicap placard? Do you like an office that will cash your rent check, but will completely turn a blind eye to any issues? If you said yes to any of these questions this apartment complex is for you. You will also pay out of your butt for utilities and pay for parking that’s not guaranteed.

Management lied putting a notice on my door saying they notified me on feb 6th about late rent but in fact did not put the notice on my door until feb 9th and the employee that swears they did it, the maintenance guys put the notice on the door. Using scare tactics while throwing fees around constantly harassing people for the price shop around people
