Our family has had a wonderful experience living at Parkside Estates. As a parent, finding a safe and welcoming home for my children was always my top priority, and this place truly exceeded our expectations. It’s clear they take great pride in the property and genuinely care about their residents. Leaving after several years was bittersweet, but we'll always be grateful for the memories we made here. If you're a family looking for a place to call home, I can't recommend them enough. It's more than just a rental; it's a true community. Linda and her team are amazing!

I've lived here since July 2025, and I've had such a positive experience with not only the apartment complex, but also the landlord, Linda! She is one of the few landlords that ACTUALLY cares! She is responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Out of all the apartment complexes I've visited/been to, this is by far the cleanest and safest I've ever seen. No mold, no pests, nothing! The neighbors in my building are friendly. This apartment complex is such a hidden gem.

I moved to Parkside ESTATE of 2015 of June. I have never had a problem with having any type of rats roaches or any other type of major animals that run in the wilderness in my apartment. My apartment has always been Up kept . I can’t say the building that I stay in. It’s always been Up kept the area in the complex has always been up clean the garbage get empty on a freaking basis. Yes they do get filled up. Unfortunately, we all have to use the garbage cans and that will happen. I have never had a problem with the property manager, which is Linda she is very easy to get along with and never had a issue to where I can’t come and conversation with her whether it’s about life or my apartment she always attended to me when I ask her or tell her something about my apartment. I would highly recommend this community. Linda, the Property Manager really cares about her tenants and is easy to work with. Thank you Linda for everything you have done for my grandfather these past 12 years. I find comfort knowing he spent those years in a wonderful community.

We have lived at Parkside Estates for 2 years. When we first looked at the place, Linda was amazing, super quick at responding to questions, and incredibly helpful! She is strict but I feel that it is actually a very refreshing and great thing to have because we knew and felt that the property was kept up well and that we would be heard and taken of very well too. Living here has been great. We have never really had any problems with our unit and any problems we bring to Linda are usually fixed within a 24-hour period. Communication with her is fantastic, and she is always available to listen to our concerns! She is also ALWAYS so warm and fantastic with my 2 kids even when they pester me to visit her office every time we walk past it! She is always willing to put aside time for YOU. If n
