Every time I come to this location, one of the ATMs is broken. They closed the location across town and so it's always got a line at the one ATM that's open. Commonly, the light are on in the building when they are closed. I watched 5 people walk to the door to find out they were closed. I've been a customer loyally for over 2 decades and this is the first time I've been considering changing banks. Someone please tell me we are going to put another ATM in town. I've gotta be able to get withdrawals and make deposits regularly and this is getting a little ridiculous. Chase - I know you can do better.
Drive thru horrible. Never quick!
