Lafonda Apartments

We have lived here for several years. The rent is very fair, it is quiet, and close to downtown for convenience. Our manager, Ron, has always been very helpful and responsive to any and all concerns and requests. I would certainly recommend living here!

I've only lived here a short time 9 months to be exact. I love it here our manager Ron is a great manager and maintenance man. He's always upbeat and has a can do and will do attitude very positive attitude. He cares about the residents here and he cares about the owners whom he works for. He's a hard worker I recommend renting here. This place is also the cheapest place in Fenton to rent so if you're looking for a place to rent in the Fenton area it's close to both sides of town. You have a choice to shop on North Leroy or do your shopping on silver parkway. It's also near the the Fenton Mill pond a cute little tucked away area in Fenton where you can shop go to the library and the museum as well as other things you can enjoy it that side of town Thursday the farmers market and the con

Clean, simple and quiet complex in Fenton. The new manager, Ron, is very efficient and friendly. He responds quickly to maintenance calls and completes the work in a timely manner. I really appreciate his get it done, can do attitude.

Ron is a very good manager and maintenance guy. He works very hard and is very patient and pleasant when he works with us on any issues.

La Fonda Apartments are very well managed and well-maintained, especially especially since Ron has become the on-site manager. Excellent renters as well 😄
