Millpond Manor

I have lived here for almost 4 years and I love living here. We have had a few times that things were needing attention but they were evidently taken care of. My own apartment is perfect and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The area around us, is outstanding also. I can only say positive things about Millpond Manor and I’m sure anyone would enjoy living here.

Very nice place to live. Management responds quickly to any problems. Clean. On site Manager is very courteous and pleasant, and so is our maintenance man. The other tenants are very congenial and cooperative. There is a great sense of community.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The manager truly cares about the residents and is very kindhearted! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. If you are looking for a loving, family atmosphere for your loved one, this is it!

I recently experienced the loss of one of my grandsons in a heartbreaking accident. The sympathy, warm hugs, kind words that I experienced from the friends, residents and staff at Mill Pond Manor will stay with me for a very long time. Hugs, Rita

Great management and maintenance and residents. Find Mom have the privilege of living here for 5 years until early 2020. I can't say enough about management and maintenance and how well they treat people and how well they keep things up. If there was ever any questions or needs they were willing to help 24 hours a day. The facility is kept extremely and there is sincere caring for all the residents in between presidents as well. I travel a lot for work so I'm in a lot of hotels and this would be equal to 3 star or 4 star hotel with customer ratings of nine or 10. Really is awesome place for a senior to live. The facility is kept locked and there are buzzers to allow family and friends to be buzzed up to the different rooms. The elevator was always fast and always work. Even small stains we
