Fairfield Apartments

I have recently moved into Fairfield Apartments. During the entire move in process, Tammy has been so helpful and eager to answer any questions that I had. Having someone like Tammy who cares about me and is ready to help has made this transition much easier. I can’t recommend her enough.

We had such a great experience with Fairfield when helping. our daughter find her first apartment. Tammy was very helpful and made the process very easy. We are so happy to have our daughter living at Fairfield. She loves it!

I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to rent. Tammy is an excellent property manager who cares about her tenants. Any issues or maintenance needs were promptly taken care of by Mark and his crew. Mark is very knowledgeable with general issues and will call a professional if anything is out of his range instead of attempting to rig something unsafe like I have seen at other complexes. 5 stars all around.

I just have to say that I’m so happy that Mark is back from vacation. He was really missed. He goes above and beyond to help us ALL out with whatever we need. I never hear him complain. He’s such a hard worker. And just the little things that he does is such a huge help. Mark goes out of his way after the garbage man comes and makes sure to open all the bins to make it easier for us to put our garbage in it. When he was gone nobody did that and all the ice that was on the garbage bins made it impossible to open. He also makes sure the side walks and parking lot is plowed and salted. We can’t thank him enough and he is so appreciated around here! We sure do miss him when he’s gone! He deserves a BIG RAISE for all he does!! Thank you Mark for everything!!

I lived here 3 years ago and when I moved back to Michigan with my husband, I knew immediately I wanted to return to Fairfield. We've had nothing but good experiences here. We love the space, the amenities, and our neighbors. We look forward to being here for as long as possible. :) Thank you Tammy for being so awesome!
