I have to share the phone conversation I had with the office staff at Lake Fenton Estates. I called to inquire about one of the homes they had listed, they answered right away. Introduced herself Jamie Osborn, very courteous. Jamie was very knowledgeable, patient, and was very eager to help me with showing of home at My convenience not hers, BONUS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lake Fenton Estates is absolutely outstanding! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere — but what truly sets it apart is the manager. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Every concern is handled quickly and with a friendly attitude, and they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. I highly recommend this community as a place to live.

Absolutely the best place I've ever lived. I was very sad when we had to move. Its a very quiet, peaceful place to live. Lake Fenton right across the street a beautiful view No one bothers you, Christina is a wonderful landlord I had my furnace break 3 different times had it fixed in the same day didn't matter what day or time it was even on the weekend's. It was the same when the hot water tank went out. Mantience it great as well. Brad is funny love him. I recommend Lake Fenton Estates to anyone who needs an affordable place to rent. You will not be disappointed

Would highly recommend. Management was great, maintenance was not intrusive when the time comes for repair. Park was always kept clean, park manager Christina is always such a pleasure to deal with, and resolves any issues very quickly. Lived there for 4 wonderful years until I bought a house!!!

Christina the office lady is so pleasantly wonderful to work with she really cares about the people and the park. If you ever get the opportunity to visit or your looking for a place please see Christina is is an amazing person and she makes living here worth it she goes above and beyond for her residents.
