Pier 38

I recently moved BACK to Pier 38 after living at a larger apartment community in Fenton for a few years. It didn’t take long for me to realize coming back here was the right decision. Katie was amazing to work with and made the whole process as smooth as possible. She seems to genuinely care about the residents and is eager to help out however she can. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities and grounds are very clean and well maintained. This place is hard to beat, especially in Fenton.

My friend was looking to move to this area and Katie was exceptionally helpful coordinating a tour, rates and helped make my friend feel at ease to sign up. The apartment was gorgeous, clean and spacious! Katie also worked with us to get her moved in and could not have been more kind, helpful and welcoming. If anyone I know is looking to move to Fenton, this will be the first place I will suggest.

Pier 38 is a fantastic place to live. My expectations have been exceeded as a direct result of the amazing office manager, Katie, and the maintenance staff, Jeremy and Corey. I highly recommend Pier 38 to anyone looking to live in a stellar community.

Katie has been so amazing and has made the move into this complex for me and my roommate extremely smooth! Very kind, always got back to us, and answered all of our questions. The complex is really nice and has a very friendly atmosphere.
