quiet neighborhood for the most part, cheaply made apartments and if you move into apartment 20, the stove sparked fire and was not replaced. Rating a 5 out 10. You will hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors conversations. Zero tolerance rent policy (even for government contract workers during the shutdown).

As I approach my one-year anniversary living here. I can honestly say this has felt more like a community than just an apartment complex. From day one, Katie and her team have been incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. Whether it’s getting work orders done quickly, keeping the grounds beautifully maintained, or simply being mindful and respectful of residents, they go above and beyond in ways that truly matter. The property itself is always clean and welcoming, but it’s the people behind the scenes who make it feel like home. My only small suggestion would be for maintenance to leave a notice card after completing a request inside apartments just for a little extra communication and peace of mind. I’ve really enjoyed living at Charleston Oaks Apartments. The staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is quiet and clean. Great location in Madison too!

I've been here for 5 and 1/2 years I've had normal maintenance dish problems. Several leaks but it's cuz I live in not so upgraded apartment. The maintenance guy Don is amazing

I have lived at Charleston Oaks for two years and have really enjoyed my time here. The community is well-kept, and any work orders I have submitted have always been completed within a couple of days. The maintenance team is very nice and attentive. The staff in the office is always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend living here!
