My unit floods with heavy rain fall and they don't do any thing but put in a temporary pump that was using my electricity. Homeless people frequent the property at night. Try calling the relay resources main office if you think I'm lieing the don't answer the phone. I would not recommend living here Lisa the portfolio manager only cares about getting paid not about the conditions tenets live in. A tenet died during the summer when I lived there due to no air conditioning allowed. They will take your rent and that's all they will do.
