Couldn't have asked for better home inspectors! My wife and I are first time home buyers and we were a bit nervous about the inspection process. Mark & Brock was patient,professional and very meticulous with the inspection, which we appreciated as it helped us to better understand their findings. They were precise in their evaluations and included pictures to provide a complete synopsis of the state and condition of the house. Very professional and thorough. We would recommend them 100%

Not thorough. No thermal imager during inspection. Did not track vents through roof. Missed significant concrete damage which I was later quoted $5000 to fix. Back deck and stairs had some rot, uneven steps and trip hazards, wobbly stairs, etc. Inspectors totally missed it. They offered to come over and make a deck repair after we had already purchased the home but they never did and we never heard back from them. I was later quoted about $20,000 for a deck repair. Would recommend a different inspector
