Lived here for 3 years. Fire alarm goes off once a week. Power shuts off for the whole building frequently, more frequently in the summer. Rent will increase and did every year. Had to hire an attorney to fight for my security deposit for problems that existed before I moved in. Be prepared for when they try to gaslight and intimidate you. Ac sucks and could compete for loudest noise in pa. They wouldn't let me put my own ac in. You are forewarned. I also noticed they deleted all the other reviews for the building lol.
