Lived here for three years and it was honestly the best place I have lived so far. Keith (property manager) is one of the best people I have ever run into when it comes to needing a home. He is quick to reply to whatever you need whenever you need it. Just an overall kind person which is rare in the renting scene. I will be recommending this place to people for a long time!

Lived here when I was in college back in 2008 and had a hard time. The maintenance man was stealing from me - lost many precious items like a cell phone with my dear brother's recording on it, jackets, shoes, a pair of brown boots and many other things. Do not live here if the management has not changed. I do not know if Rumana is still the manager here, she was okay but like others said she didn't express much of an interest in the apartment nor what was needed to maintain it, hence the stealing by the maintenance man. Less than 1 star for me but unfortunately 0 stars is not possible. FYI the maintenance man should not be going in your apartment if you are not there!! If you have some missing items check with them first and set up cameras in your home. Also, they have a 4 out of 5 listed

I toured and was never put under the impression that the apartment had been shown to anyone else. I was told that as long as my application was approved (it was) everything was all set. Turned in my security deposit only to be told someone else got the apartment. Manager was nice overall, but not very professional and was not transparent.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT MOVE HERE Avoid these apartments at all costs. The management is so sub par and they have no idea what they are doing. The whole place has bugs and they will cheat you out of money when you move out. Always loud parties going on with loud music 24/7. Mgmt lets place look like garbage (literally garbage everywhere) and they don't respond to emergency maintenance calls. Theres a no pet policy but people still bring in cats and the place smells like cat pee. Really one of the worst places I have ever lived. Ran by a shady company out of PA. Good luck getting in contact or getting a call back from them. The only upside is the good location this place offers...

Very disappointed with the serivice, people in leasing office wnt respond to any problem, I moved in the month of August, I gave them move in form, still things didn't get fixed . I walked into their office 5 times in these 2 months , nobody cared responding to the problem . Very very bad service and poor maintanence
