Buying my new townhouse from Ryan Builders was an excellent experience. Not only is the home beautifully designed, but the quality of the materials is exceptional. In addition, dealing with the outstanding staff, from Briana, the Sales Manager, Tim, the Project Manager, the loan officers, Kristen, and Emily, and finally, Robin, Title agent, made the home buying process run smoothly. All the personnel were SO helpful, answering my many questions, making me feel welcome, all with kindness and caring.
Very positive and helpful. Jenna was very thorough explaining all the details and assisting me with the process. On the financial side, Kristen has begun the approval stage and was able and willing to meet and help me onsite.
The homes are so much bigger inside than the outside! It kept going and going with lots of space. The woman who I spoke to about the homes named Brianna was wonderful and had a great personality and answered every question I had. Being able to add options to the home was a big seller to me
