University Townhomes is AWESOME!! Great price, great unit & perfect location to campus. I never have issues with parking, and the backyard area is sooo nice during the warm weather.
Great place to live here in Kent. Good price, own washer and dryer. Friendly people and very easy to get maintenance help. Overall very good place to live and best in Kent.
Good place to live. Maintenance crew fast and efficient when needed. Wish there was more parking at night but oh well.
Honestly it’s a great price for what you get. Maintenance is really responsive which is great. Location is great for parta bus if you don’t have a car! All around would recommend to live here! Love that you can pay the whole year in one installment for a discount on rent too
I love this place! Location is convenient and rent is cheap. :)
