Pinewood Apartments

This was our first home in the United States, and we lived here for almost two years and three months. It was a wonderful experience overall. The property is very well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Our unit was one of the renovated ones, which made it feel fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. Our home faced the park, and the view every morning was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend choosing a unit that faces the park if possible. The place is ideal for two people. The only thing I wish it had was an in-unit or common laundry facility, as residents need to go to a laundromat nearby. It would have been a big plus if that was available. We got a renovated 1 bed here and lived almost for year and half, moved out because of new job at different place, the people manage this place take care of people here, we had good neighbours all around and wonderful place to live. My wife was stuck outside at 11 PM as I was out late than expected, Dolores gave the spare key and answered call immediately, not everyone does that. Steve likes things meticulously done. Park close by good things to have. In one word I can say the rating 5 star is underrated for hospitality they offer. Thanks for all wonderful time we had. God bless you guy.

Wonderful place to live! The property manager Dolores is so amazing! She is very kind and very helpful. The maintenance man Steve really cares about what he's doing, and takes the time to do things right. All around good people. If you enjoy a quiet and peaceful place to live, I would highly recommend Pinewood Apartments!

I am lived here for over four years and it is an excellent place to live. I am only about five minutes away from Kent University, as well as 10 minutes away from the city of Akron. The community here is very quiet all the neighbors talk to each other and we all get along. Dolores the manager is excellent and whenever I’ve had any issues with Maintenance she’s been on top of it within a day or so excellent place to live. Please consider this place if you’re looking for an apartment
