Cedar Village Apartments

The manager 's name is Tara Neely. The communications with her regarding the apartment proves to be extremely difficult and almost impossible. None of the laundry machine works and leaking toilets never got fixed which caused us huge water bills. Big hole in the party never got fixed also. I would caution anyone who intends to rent any units from cedar village apartments in Fairborn, OH.

This place should get 0 stars cause I was there to fill out paper work to see the place so I had my mom come to fill out the paper work prior to that the landlady said "going to another complex to drop something off" and left. Then mom shows up as does my provider we sat there for two to three hours waiting for her to show back up not once did she call my number saying she wasn't coming back. A few days layer I'm at work and my provider calls me and says the landlady can't rent to me any more (even though I was approved) and said it was a business decision. I think she did this because she didn't want to deal with me cause one I have adhd and astigmatism in my right hand (I can't write well cause if it and yes I did get therapy for it but it didn't take) which is why my provider helps me f

Absolutely loved this place. It was home for a year while I finished up at Wright State. Had a place right next to the leasing office. The lady and the owner are very nice people and will take amazing care of you. Had an issue at 8pm one night and the maintenance worker was there in 10 minutes and handled the issue quickly. Very quiet and the people there are salt of the earth. Would recommend this place to just about anyone. Wish I was still in the area so I could live there again. Feels like a real community. 5/5.

The rent people worked with me to a certain extent for a while until I got right. It's really quiet here. But the water in my unit seem not to stay hot over a couple minutes in the bathroom. And it seems to be only 5 days for an eviction. But otherwise a good place to start.

Is ok new management waiting to see if it is good or not. At least Hope the manager in the office is more in the office then any other also very nice and tries.then pandemic is making it hard for the management to order new stoves or even boarder heaters in .my mons heater been out for a while a several weeks now finally in waiting to get put in .so time will try did get new washers and dryers in the laundry room which was needed.rent did go up but also now must pay water.
