Cedar Oaks Apartments

I have lived here for 2 years, and it has been my favorite apartment to live in Stillwater! The renovated units are amazing and updated. Jack, the property manager, is amazing at maintaining the property both in cleanliness and resident support. He has always made sure we have what we need while living at Cedar Oaks! You can tell he truly cares about the property and his tenants. We had a plumbing issue recently that flooded our floors, and maintenance was quick to respond and fix the issue without us needing to pay damage fees. Rent is definitely more reasonable than other apartments in the area. Definitely would live here again if I wasn’t moving!!

If you’re looking for something that is nice, affordable, and managed well, look no further. I’ve been renting in Stillwater for 15 years and this is by far the most well managed and nicest apartment complex in this price range. I’ve spent the last year in a two bedroom remodeled unit. They are essentially brand new, they replaced everything and it’s NOT just a bunch of cheap garbage like a lot of remodels I’ve seen. Jack, the property manager is respectful, laid back, organized, punctual, efficient, and the list could go on and on. I had two somewhat major issues while living here and it had nothing to do with neglect, just routine things that happen or mess up in any home or apartment. Been living here almost 6 months now and it’s been great! New owners and new management are really great! Jack in the office is the best! Maintenance is also super quick to help with an issue. My newly renovated unit has treated me well! And they allow pets and have a dog park! Love the townhome feel these apartments have.

I was brand new to the city of Stillwater and decided to live at Cedar Oaks! Our landlord Jack is hands down the most humble and attentive landlord you could ask for. Always tended to problems within the apartment in a quick, and friendly manner. Maintenance was just as nice and helpful. Great neighbors and a scenic complex that has everything you need to enjoy your stay!

I have read a lot of the bad reviews. To say it makes me concerned?....yes it does. But the new manager Jack has been doing a lot to fix things. So far he has been quick at fixing any problems I have with apartment...either that day or next day turn around. He is the first apartment manager who I have lived under that actually gets things done!!! I respect that! I love the country setting and my spacious one bedroom. I love my huge walk in closet. And I can't wait for the dog park that's coming Sept 8th!!
