Under their management our property has increased in value and things are finally getting done. We have so many bad apples that have tried to make things very difficult for Rick our property manager but he has kept his head high and got the job done. Pictures of our property 7 years ago are unbelievable compared to today. Any bad reviews are most likely from the bad apples that are not following the rules.

This “company” is the property management company for my neighborhood- BEWARE I’ve sent numerous emails with questions & never receive an email back. The lack of communication is unprofessional. Also, there are some shady dealings. As owners of our homes, we request financials for community services & are told we aren’t allowed to see them. We hold annual meetings & people that were not voted in all of a sudden are on our HOA board. And, WE GET NO EXPLANATION as to how that happened. The list goes on & on…Do your research & get you a professional company to deal with.

Carousel Realty has managed several properties for me the last 20 years. I feel they have always looked out for my best interest. I would recommend their service.
