Carolina Apartments

I have been living here 3 years now and I am loving that is quiet, clean, well maintained as well as close to were I have to work which I do not have to deal with bad traffic. The staff is great and always answering any questions I may have in a timely manner and the maintenance crew is great! As to getting things fixed. I recommend Carolina Apartments to anyone is close to UNC as well as to down town with plenty of restaurants and good events!! Keep up the great job Carolina!!!!!🥰🤗🥰🤗

Great place. Over all the units are a great value for what you get. Top qualities: - great maintenance people. Many times we would submit a request at 10pm and they would be there bright and early at 9am the next day. Even when our HVAC went down, they were super fast to fix. - management is great. Very responsive and cooperative. They look out for the tenants. - people were great. All of our neighbors were quiet and friendly. Top negatives: - more bugs than we liked but they did spray every week. We got combat traps and that seemed to totally make this a none issue. Overall, we were there for 3 years and enjoyed our time there.

The leasing and management team are stellar! The leasing consultant, Kelly, takes her time to really explain things and make your move as easy and seamless and possible. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and pet friendly. My dog and I walk for several hours every day and neighbors have stopped us to introduce their dogs and play. The apartments are spacious and atudent pricing and deals are a huge bonus to living at Carolina also!

I lived at Carolina Apartments for a year and my experience was great. They provided a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for me to live and thrive. Kelly is a delight! She was so helpful and attentive in the moving in and out process.

Moved in a little over a month ago. The process was very swift and the staff is very nice and caring. Kendra, KC, and Tracey are all very understanding and strive to do their best for residents. The property itself is very nice. Plenty of parking. Pool is always clean! Maintenance has been very quick to complete work orders. Pet friendly! which is a huge plus for me. Would definitely recommend!
