Capitol Communities at Blackhawk

This is our second experience with building a new built house and I can say that this time around with Capital Communities was night and day different. We had such a great time with this process and the whole team that helped us from the start in the sales office to move in day. Everything we asked for and expectation was met above and beyond and we feel like all the build quality we got was top notch. We are so excited for this next adventure in our new beautiful home. Capitol is a family-owned builder here in Austin, and from the moment we met the owner Tom, we knew we wanted to build with them. The quality is legit. They don’t cut corners or nickel-and-dime like the big corporate builders. Even our independent inspector had nothing but praise for their work. We’re thrilled with how our home turned out and how many customizations they let us make without making it painful. Blake and Diane were incredibly responsive and stayed on top of everything from start to closing. You can tell this team is honest, takes pride in their work, and genuinely wants to build homes the right way while making sure their customers are truly happy with the final result. Highly recommend.

The team is absolutely amazing, met a few people but significant call out to Dianne the realtor and Blake the builder, they were supportive, communicated well, and treated my family and I better than I could have expected; while keeping us informed. Ive heard the millions of horror stories of new build communities, build issues, shady realtors, and builders not wanting you to inspect or fixing issues. It was the exact opposite and even with small fixes the amount of isses were so small and insignificant. I had an amazing, and still have an amazing, interaction with the Capitol Communities Team! Highly reccomended! Will update in a year!
