Canopy on Central

My experience from my apartment building which I know can be different for others: PROS: • Leasing office are super friendly even post move in. • Low and affordable rent • Had some friendly and helpful neighbors • Maintenance is quick (ETA: day of or next day response. THIS IS A HUGE PLUS) • Always available parking (Another HUGE PLUS) CONS: • Unclean floor carpet with remnants of previous tenant’s trash on the day of my move. The leasing office took care of it as soon as possible, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place • Roaches. Had to move in a rush, hence did not see the unit beforehand and on the day of move, there were dead roaches in every single room and bathroom. Took me at least 5 months of consistent cleaning immediately after cooking/ weekly cleans and made sure

Moved in several months ago and I'm comfortable here. The apartments are nice inside and out. The neighbors are friendly, it's clean, quiet and the community around us is nice. Kim was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I told her I was under a time constraint, and she was able to complete the leasing process the same day I submitted my application. The reason I decided to write this review today is because of an email I received from Belinda. She asked how everything was going and if there was anything they could help with. Seems like a small gesture, but I've never received such a message from any place I've ever lived. I appreciated it. I just moved from Fort Worth area after many years and NEEDED a different area to raise my family. Tiffany Middleton has recommended Canopy on Central. Being honest when I find out it was in Bedford one of the main city that I did not want to live in. Let me just say this area is so beautiful and amazing I was stunned!! Kim and Megan are the most sweetest people i ever met so nice very professional and they do their job !! I was apartment hunting for monthsss never had a great experience until I came across management team here. Homes are beautiful, like TOP TIER ! Some of these homes have stairs coming down from their patio to their CAR!! Just moved in October, I absolutely love it here. Very nice apartment, clean. The neighbors are quiet as you can be living in an apartment. The staff was so sweet and kind to us from start to finish. And maintenance has been prompt with my request and was very kind when visiting my home. Due to the fact that I work from home. It's nice to be able to schedule when they come. I look forward to spending a lot of time in this beautiful community. I wish everyone had this experience, but your environment is what you make it. So,, thank you Kimberly, Kevin and Brianna!! This has been the best experience I’ve had renting/moving into apartments. The team at Canopy are amazing , especially Kimberly ! She has been so thorough and more informative than I could’ve asked for , if you’re looking for new place I highly recommend this property.
