DO NOT LIVE HERE. lived in an apartment with Campbell Property for two years. The property smelled of urine and had ripped up carpet. I listed all the items that needed fixing. They said someone would come out and fix things in the next week. No one ever came. Maintenance came in to fix a shade on a ceiling lamp, said they’d be back, and never returned. A neighbor was yelling and becoming aggressive, banging on walls and yelling “I’m gonna figure out who’s on the other side of this goddamn door!”. I had to stay at my bf’s b/c maintenance wouldn’t do anything and I was afraid my neighbor would. My dad knew someone on staff and somehow was able to get Campbell to check up on it and I was able to move back in. Later on, my water heater started leaking. I lived in one of their properties over a year ago, and I still haven't received my $990 security deposit back, despite leaving the house in better condition than I found it. The day after I moved in, a cleaning crew randomly showed up, but it was pointless; we had already cleaned the place ourselves because it was disgusting. They didn’t even bother painting the walls or filling the holes after the previous tenants moved out. Worse, they didn’t have any kind of move-out inspection report from the prior tenants, so their damage ended up being blamed on us. We had photos of broken blinds, missing window screens, and holes in the walls before we moved in, and they still tried to charge us hundreds of dollars for those exact things. The main issue I found while living here besides the terrible management company was the lack of enforcement about loose dogs. My horse was terrorized for months because Campbell property management did not enforce their no loose dog policy that is in their lease. On multiple occasions my gelding was run into the ground and fetlocks bit by the loose dogs. My own dogs were tackled and attacked by loose dogs at least once a week. Packages left on porches were torn apart and items spread across the front lawns because of the loose dogs. Campbell property management showed that they do not care about the horses safety with their lack of action on this issue. Completely unprofessional, tell you one thing and never do it and try to make it your fault, basically a slum lord that looks to take advantage of everyone they rent to. Pics are of a place they rented to me as it was "ready" and yet it wasn't even with giving them 3 weeks to make it ready before moving in. Unfortunately, GOOGLE wont allow for the whole post/review or it would have a whole context, outline, and show how crooked these people are! Don't believe a word they tell you, they possess no character or integrity.

I'm a homeowner and I live next door to a Campbell property. My family has been in our house since the day it was built (1963). We have never had a problem until today. When I got home, Campbell 's lawn mowers were blowing debris up onto my driveway. When I asked them to stop, they started blowing debris onto my car. I then moved my car onto the street, and they guy just kept following me with his blower. I'm over 65 years old! When I went down to talk to the man in the truck, he did nothing. By now, I'm terrified! The guy with the blower just kept blowing debris onto my body!! I started taking pictures, but these jerks just sped off. I am now afraid to leave my house in fear of retaliation!! If you're thinking of renting from Campbell for your female college students, DON'T! If their e
