Bryant Terrace Apartments

Long time resident and very happy living here . Would recommend

I Was parked in the parking lot of shops in front of the apartments and the property manager threatened to call the police on me and my African American partner with complete aggression and then once we moved down the street to another lot I saw an employee who was with property manger when she spoke to me, drive by my new location twice, that made me utterly uncomfortable and confused because they have nothing better to do than follow people off the property, very concerning and I hope the higher ups find new property management employees

I know a lot of residents in the apartment complex. My issue is the response to problems with residential and business’s located on the property. I had to call 4 times before they started taking care of the issues that my client had.

THE APARTMENT ARE CRAPPY. THEY ARE ONLY 1BEDROOMS SO IF YOU START OFF WITH 1 BEDROOM AND THEN CHOOSE TO HAVE CHILDREN AND STAY WITH THIS LANDLORD, THEN 1BEDROOM IS ALL YOUR STUCK WITH. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH CRACKHEADS WHO ALWAYS FIGHT AND NEVER SLEEP. THEY DESTROY AND VANDALIZE THE PROPERTY MAKING IT LOOK EVEN MORE HORRIBLE. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES I COMPLAIN TO THE LANDLORDS/OFFICE ABOUT THE NEIGHBOR'S AND THEIR WILD GUEST. THEY TRY TO CLEAN IT UP BUT IT'S NOT ENOUGH. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE NOT THE BEST BUT IT'S SOMETHING YOU RENT WHEN YOUR IN NEED OF A PLACE. THIS IS MORE LIKE A FIRST TIME APARTMENT IF YOU WILL. I HOPE TO MOVE OUT AND FIND A BETTER APARTMENT SOON. BUT IT'S LIVABLE IF YOU KEEP TO YOURSELF AND STAY INSIDE.

Very enthousiaste neighborhood but room is very bumpy and potholes which is dangerous cause the roads are narrow so high probability of collusion be careful thanks.
