Brookview Apartments

I highly recommend Brookview if you’re looking for a well maintained, safe and friendly environment to call home. I have lived here for a few years and have been so happy. Cindy, our property manager, is fantastic! She makes you feel so welcomed and valued as a tenant and communicates really well. Cindy has even bailed me out with a couple of packages that were delivered and needed a signature while I was away. Beyond that, the property is well-maintained year round. From snow removal to the landscaping and pool, everything remains clean and safe. The buildings and apartments are also kept fresh and up to date. Maintenance responds quickly and resolves any concerns. They also host events for the tenants with food trucks, share local events happening in the area and even provide opportuniti

I have been a resident here at Brookview for almost 4 years and I have enjoyed every second of it. The property is beautiful, tucked away, quiet, and clean. Most importantly, the property manager, Cindy, made my experience so much more personal. She has always been so attentive, kind, and easy to talk to. If there is a problem/issue, she is on it right away and gets it done quickly. She communicates well and is just the sweetest human in general. You can truly tell she cares about what she does, and she cares about her tenants wholeheartedly. Overall, a wonderful place to live. I would highly recommend these considering Brookview to anyone looking!

I’ve lived here for over four years, and Cindy has been absolutely wonderful. She’s professional, attentive, and truly takes care of her tenants. The grounds are always well maintained, and management is very responsive. It’s a great place to live...safe, welcoming, and feels like home!

Brookview is a very convenient place to live and I have been here for 5 years. It’s great having multiple stores close by and everything is within a 5 mile radius so I never have to drive very far for anything. Cindy, the property manager, has been great with addressing any of my issues or concerns. Rarely have maintenance issues, but when I do, they are taken care of in a timely manner and it’s appreciated!

I absolutely loved living at Brookview Apartments! I stayed here for 2 years and had such a great experience. My unit had in-suite laundry, and the community amenities like the pool were fantastic. Cindy, the property manager, was amazing the entire time I lived here. Anytime I had an issue in my unit, she took care of it right away. She was always great at keeping residents informed with email updates, furnace filter replacements, and more. Brookview also hosted fun events like a summer party and Food Truck Thursdays, which were super convenient (and delicious!). I’ve recommended Brookview to friends, and a few have even moved in themselves. Highly recommend!
