I can confidently say that this place is definitely the best place to live; it's welcoming, and they resolve any issues quickly. I love it! I'm happy to be part of this community.

It was once an excellent community, but we cannot say that today. The old administration didn't care about the common space and fun of the residents and the current administration doesn't seem to care either. The community has changed ownership and name but the problems continue to get worse. 1) The pool is closed in the middle of summer and there is no opening date; 2) The tennis court has a damaged net support, the floor is cracked and the weeds are growing, due to the gate, the dog owners bring the animals to the court and leave the feces on the court; 3) The dog park is without the gate; 4) The playground is unsuitable for children to use; 5) The rubbish on the floor near the dumpster is more than months old; 6) The bushes are not pruned which hinders the vision of the driver who needs

I've been living in this apartment complex since February 2024, and there are several aspects I enjoy. The pool is a great place to relax, and the quaint pond, home to some charming turtles, adds a lovely touch to the environment. The location is also highly convenient, with everything I need close by. However, there are several issues with the apartment itself that need addressing. When I moved in, I noticed that all the doors appeared to have been kicked in, especially the main door to my apartment. The AC sometimes works, but its inconsistency can be frustrating. Maintenance is quite unreliable; you often need to submit multiple work orders before they even come to look at the issue, let alone fix it. Kim is absolutely the best apartment complex general manager of all the places I've rented over the years! Most recently , the maintenance team and Yonan Specifically, did a fantastic job fixing And replacing water heater! very well kept grounds and keeping it a safe place of residence!
