Bristol Court Apartments

I just want to say Julia, the apartment manager at Bristol Court Apartments in Milwaukie off of Fuller Rd & Michael Drive is the best manager I have ever worked with as far as me being a tenant here at the Bristol Court Apartments. She is very communicative and thorough and very polite, kind and courteous. Most apartments I have lived at the apartment managers have always seemed bothered by questions or requests or maintenance but NOT Julia she is always cheerful and happy to help. I also would like to say how much I appreciate our maintenance staff , Steve!! He is awesome and is very fast when reporting to issues with washers and dryers or whatever it may be and he is always very kind and communicative as well. They both follow through with all concerns or questions their tenants ha

The Manager Jamie does a good job of keeping the community safe and well maintained. The maintenance personnel Brian is great and responds to any emergencies without grumbling or complaining and actually goes the extra mile to help in fixing whatever it is that needs fixing. The location is calm and quiet, and kid friendly.

They do not enforce the rules. Dog barking. Working on cars. Backing in with gas fumes coming from cars. They don't care so why should I follow rules! I wish I could move. When Jamie was manager is was alot better
