Bright MLS

I was a Bright MLS subscriber for a short time until I decided to leave the real estate industry. I submitted a cancellation to support as they directed and they want me to pay for a full quarter because I was four days past my renew date. Nothing but money-grubbing thieves!

When an agent is without MLS access for an entire day and then no one picks up in customer service, not good. I was however able to receive my MLS bill via email. Much to improve

Hopefully company- customer support is no help. I’ve been emailing and calling for months and they will not respond or assist in resolving my problem.

They are scammers, people be careful! They do not return the money, they only keep you with promises, and because the financial manager will be at work on Monday, when Monday comes they drop a fake screenshot as if they sent you money but the money does not come to your account they explain it by saying that the bank is keeping the money when I called the bank and asked if it was true they replied that no payment was received in my account! Now they just do not pick up the phone from me and do not respond to text messages! The company will probably file a lawsuit! Such companies should be punished!

Poorly Run, this monopoly company is a huge rip off and not worth any membership fee the charge, Management is a no show job and the support is non existent. This company takes from it's paying members (realtors and agents) and gives to anyone they can sell our information to. As soon as a better option surfaces, Brightmls will be without paying member because they will leave en mass.
