Misty was an absolute pleasure to work with! She really made the process so quick and smooth. She was extremely communicative throughout and always responded promptly when I reached out to her and accommodated our tricky schedules. My partner and I were very happy with the process. We have only been living here for a very short time, but so far we're happy with our decision. We have had no issues with overhearing any sound coming from the hallway or neighbors. Most recently, I didn't realize someone was blasting music until I walked out to the hallway (which wasn't an issue, it was daytime). Maintenance is quick to show up and address any issues that you're having. The mailroom/foyer has plenty of space for all the packages that come in and everyone seems to be respectful of not grabbing
