Renaissance Station North

I have read several of the negative reviews and wanted to post that my experience has been much different. My mother rents an apartment here and I occasionally interact with the building manager. In my opinion, Lilly has been an absolute joy to work with as she is very responsive and professional. Any apartment complex is going to have issues and I have found that when the management holds tenants accountable (parking issues, pet issues, etc.) , they often don’t like it. I can only speak for myself but I think Lilly genuinely cares about her tenants and does her very best to respond to their needs.

I am a newly single Mom and was desperate to find a clean safe place for my son and 2 dogs. Jessica literally bent over backwards for me to get into this place. I had a complicated financial situation and instead of taking someone else she patiently worked with me so I could get in. Literally a blessing. Her and Shirley comforted me while I was bawling in their office. How nice it was to feel like home before I even moved in. Thank you both!

I booked an appointment on your website for a guided tour of your facilities for December 7, at 4:30 PM. Received an email confirmation of such. Was at the building 5 minutes before the appointment time and no one came to meet me after I rang the bell numerous times. Called multiple times and got nothing but an answering machine. You must not be interested in renting the units out. This was flat out unprofessional and bad manners. Finally after waiting for about 20 minutes I decided to leave. I left work early on purpose for this. If my time is not valuable to you, I’ll reciprocate. No longer interested. One would hope this is not standard practice from your company to waste people’s time. Horrible customer service.

Lived here 2020-21. We moved from Kansas in the middle of a pandemic, which was pretty stressful as we were unable to visit New England first. The rental manager (Elspeth) made it extremely easy for us, with all communication handled well online. We turned up after a 4 day drive, and were able to move in with ease.

Do not recommend, our move out date was set for October 31st in writing from Lilly then it was changed to November without telling us and charged us for half a months rent with no communication from Lilly about this. I had to reach out myself over a month later to find this out and all Lilly had to say was I thought I mailed this to you. Just ridiculous, do not live here.
