I'm an investor of residential properties and I hired Eamon Dunworth to manage the properties in 2018. He does all the things one expects of a property manager such as screen tenants, prepare and deliver lease agreements, collect the rent and respond to the needs of the tenant. He provides me with a monthly accounting of expenses and a check for the balance of the rent collected after expenses. Eamon is also a retired contractor which gives him the skills necessary to assess the need and cost of a repair or upgrade on the properties. He can also do many of the repairs himself. I live far enough away from my properties that I cannot be on site to make decisions in a timely way.
