I’ve had a great experience with the property management and maintenance team at both apartments. Rob and Cassie are especially outstanding, they are incredibly attentive, responsive, and professional. Any time I’ve had an issue in my apartment, they’ve been quick to come by, assess the situation, and either fix it or help resolve it efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s such a reliable and dependable team taking care of the building. Truly appreciate their hard work and dedication!

I have been dealing with Rob and his staff for years now. They make my life easier each and every week. They are always lending a hand and eager to help when necessary. We have built a relationship on being efficient and trusting one another to get the job done. We do our best to schedule and complete all tasks necessary making our tenants the main priority. If every management company was like these guys / ladies construction work would be much more efficient. Rob and his team are accomadating. They have worked very nicely trying to clean up and matain all units. They always inform us of anything they are updating and give proper notice. Rob takes his job seriously and is always a phone call away if an issue arises. Its one of the few apartment buildings that i see managment clean the outside on regular schedule. That is important to me as a commercial tenant and also as a resdential tenant seeing the cleaning done it shows that they care about the building.

Our property manager, Robert and his company, have been outstanding in maintaining the building and overseeing timely upgrades. The maintenance is always prompt, and improvements are handled and coordinated efficiently, keeping the property in excellent condition. Highly professional and reliable!
