Pedro arrived on time and hung things on the walls quickly and skillfully. He will return to finish next week.
My toilet was repaired this afternoon. Pedro asked me what the problem was and after explaining it took him about 15 minutes to repair the problem. Before he left Pedro showed me how the toilet was flushing, which was a big improvement.
Pedro is always helpful and pleasant. He keeps this place very clean and running smoothly.
Sterlings Lofts is a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance staff are very responsive to tenants' needs. In addition, they are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The apartments are well-designed and offer a peaceful refuge to those looking to relax after a busy day. It's now been six years, and things are still great!! Our Maintenance Supervisor, Pedro, always goes "above and beyond" with solutions that sometimes stump us older adults! The recent addition of Brett, our Assistant Property Manager, has made my Sterling Lofts experience even better!! He is very responsive to tenants' needs. I highly recommend coming to Sterling Lofts!
This place is amazing.very clean and the few maintenance issues I have had were addressed and fixed immediately.
