My experience at One Wall Street Apartments was nothing short of AMAZING! First, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, kind and accommodating throughout the entire rental process. Living at One Wall Street Apartment gave me an experience of living in the center of town, having access to so many activities I could get to by just walking to them. The other residents were very pleasant and respectful at all times and the environment felt safe and clean throughout my time there. Lived here for almost 4 years right from the beginning when the building opened. Our apartment overlooked on River front side thus we got some amazing sunsets which we are thankful for. The easy access to the commuter rail is great but watch out if the apartment is close to the train tracks! Even then, we have heard folk still liking their apartments. The increased number of community events was nice and the friendly neighbours is a bonus. Massive thanks to Anabela, Erika, and Wayne for their support over the years. We really appreciated it. I wish we could do ratings in .5 increments as my actual rating is 4.5.

Highly recommend! From the moment that we had our tour by Anabela from leasing, we were sold right away, she made us feel right at home. The location and amenities of the building is nothing but perfect. Both the local parks are a very close walking distance and the commuter rail to Boston is less than a minute walk away. Also, the maintenance team are always on top of every request. Overall, a very great place to live!

We had such a great move-in experience at One Wall Street. Anabela was incredibly kind from start to finish throughout the entire process. From the moment she showed us the apartment, she already had a vision of us living there and making it our home. After that tour, we just knew it was the place for us.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be the one to introduce me to this beautiful property. Because of Anabela, everything was effortless and timely, and she was able to get me in within a couple of days after I submitted everything that she requested. I didn’t have to worry and after driving up 19 hours From Florida, I would say it was worth all the stress that comes with moving.
