Briarstone Apartments

Briarstone are a bunch of crooks. First off, when we went on a tour, it was a 3rd floor unit we were going to see, and the lady grabbed the wrong key not once but TWICE, to the point where we figured what the heck let's apply anyway without even seeing the inside. Most places charge 50 bucks for an application fee but Brownstone charges $105.00!! They then denied us to just because my husband is currently on probation. No convictions at all! Just probation, which he's almost finished. But yup... They still charged us over a hundred bucks just to tell us NO. Who's got 100 bucks to throw out the window?? We don't! So that's why I say they're crooks. Led us to believe everything was good then took our money and shut the door. Go elsewhere!

This review is for the maintenance man Jose! He is amazing. All work orders are complete in a timely matter, he is knowledgeable and efficient! Not only is he great with his maintenance work he’s super nice to my kids and my dog. I always see him working hard to keep the apartment complex clean. Definitely a great asset to this complex!

This 5 star review is in regards to our maintenance guy Jose! And maintenance only! He’s helped me multiple times and is always fast and professional. Sadly he is not a reflection of the management at all (Which has been horrible since Irene left) but he definitely gets the job done without the distasteful management affecting his job.

This review is for José the maintenance man. He is very punctual with getting things done. I’m thankful upon moving in he made sure to walk my apartment with me and anything I wasn’t pleased with he had it done in 2 days. Having a maintenance man on property who’s willing to make sure your comfortable is a plus. Thank you so much.
