Brentwood Crossing

Honestly I don’t know where to start but organization and professionalism who be key to this review!!! I feel like there is a breach in my contract. I surrendered my keys and lease 5 months ago and I’m still waiting for a simple deposit. This is absurd and I’m tired of the excuses from the office staff. Be that as it may, I’ve been told I was placed on a 30 day countdown to receive my deposit and I really think this is unfair and bias towards my own personal finances and life. I have to constantly call to even feel assured that I am being taken seriously. I should not have to wait this long for my deposit to be refunded to me. I’m on the verge of pursuing legal matters if my deposit is not here before the year ends in 12/2023. I was hassled to have all monies prior to receiving my keys and

The office staff are wonderful and work well to find solutions! The apartments that aren’t updated weren’t treated well in the past, but are very decent. Wish there was more community involvement activities, but overall I like the location and nature surrounding it. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live :)

This place is the worst !! They’re always shooting out here . Always fighting ! And did I forget always shooting ! Now they’re talking about charging the residents a 50 dollar fee from ppl littering. Ppl who don’t even stay out here come and destroy the neighborhood . The police will come out here and disrespect your place of living because they can . They took down the security gate down . It’s a horrible place to stay as far as the neighborhood and the community!

Go me in a two bedroom with a 7 year old and a 16 year old and I sleep in my living room they excuse is I have to wait a year so uncomfortable but Imma stay prayed up cause it could be worse but I'm so uncomfortable by my babies are comfortable because I gave them the rooms.. Lord hear me cry

This is the worst place to live please do not move here it isn’t safe for anybody it’s nasty the residents are disgusting and office people do not care it’s so much violence and shootings people that don’t even live out here come out here and destroy the place I’m so ready to move do not move out here !!!
