Lisa O'Brien and her staff at Bowdoin Apartments are another great team from Winn Residential. They are a pleasure to work with and take great pride in ensuring their property is well maintained. They keep their residents informed and go the extra mile to make their community a place to call home. We love supporting this crew!

I've been living in Bowdoin Apartments for several years now, I love how well kept the common areas are kept and how you get an immediate response to any maintenance issues you may have, usually if problem not solved the same day within the the 24hours its taken care of. With this being said the property manager Lisa Obrien really rocks and is always there for you when needed. Did I mention that, I Love the area of Malden because everything is close to highways, minutes away from the City of Boston by train or car and schools are great. 🙂

My aunt lives here and the apartments are very clean and very well kept! She is very comfortable here and I strongly believe it is because of the leasing office staff. They are extremely helpful and kind!

Kind and VERY helpful staff in the office! They are very professional at all times in the office. I have lived here for 4 years now.

They don't help they only take section 8 I don't recommend calling them very rude to all callers that needs an apartment without section 8
