Very impressive and painless rental process. They were very accommodating to help new renters with challenging financial history find a home. The property and units are clean, modern, with high quality fixtures. Excellent kitchen, closet, and bathroom counter space. If you get Zaria as your leasing agent, you’ll be very happy—she is welcoming, friendly, and super fast to get leasing done. Best leasing agent I’ve worked with ever!

We moved into Lakeview when it first opened, and at that time, it was a great place to live with little to no issues. Unfortunately, that has changed significantly. Since Lakeview was acquired by Lakeside, the entire leasing staff has been moved to the Lakeside property. This has created a major inconvenience, as there is now no one on-site at Lakeview to assist with immediate concerns or to monitor the community. That lack of presence has made a noticeable difference. One of the biggest ongoing issues is the package room. The screen has been frozen for days, and the only way to access our packages is by calling the leasing staff at Lakeside and waiting for someone to come over during business hours to unlock it. This is extremely inefficient, especially since residents have different work

Natacha at Boulders Lakeside Apartments is amazing! I recently had a heating issue in my apartment, and Natacha took it personally from start to finish. She made sure the maintenance team came out quickly and had everything fixed the same day. What really stood out was that she even followed up with a phone call the next day—right before the snowfall—to make sure our heat was still working properly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares, and I really appreciate having Natacha here. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Apartment are spacious and nice but beware of loud upstairs neighbors! My upstairs neighbors stumps and thumps ALL hours of the day and night. To the point where my apartment is shaking. I have complained to the rent office and nothing is being done. So I have to wear noise canceling headphones in my own house.

I was usually wait 30 days to make a review but I must give credit to where credit is due! Boulders Lakeside is such a quiet, beautiful, & well laid out living community. It offers a sense of privacy & reflection which is what we all want in a home! The green trees keep a beautiful breeze flowing & my fiancé & I are so pleased thus far! We’ve added our personal touches & in just 6 days we feel completely at home. Thanks to the staff for being attentive and the community members for welcoming us! I have fantastic neighbors and I’m just SO HAPPY! 100000% better than where we were at in the city! This area is located to everything (most importantly quality food) ❤️
