Disgusting anti veteran behavior. Theyre too lazy to do their own application process so when the algorithm spits out an answer they blindly follow it without any actual human processing. Im a permanently disabled veteran whose credit was impacted by my wait for ssdi (because i couldnt work) and the response I got from them essentially was "shoulda gotta job cripple" Just keep that in mind when you look into them

I’ve lived here for around 5 years and it’s been great! They are SUPER quick to address any issues or concerns! Kelsey in the office is so kind and efficient, she truly cares about your concerns. The maintenance staff is so friendly, always saying Hi when you walk by in the hallways or outside. We recently switched into a two bedroom, and they helped make the process seamless. I recommend living here and thank you for everything!

We have lived at Big Tree Manor for 10 years, and it is such a pleasant and peaceful community. I have never seen a company take such good care of a property, preemptively replacing and updating the buildings and grooming the abundant landscape. Kelsey, the property manager, is incredibly responsive, efficient, and professional. Andrew, and his maintenance team are always extremely friendly, attentive, and thorough when we need them. Simply a great place to live!

Depending what building you live in, you may have a great outlook about living there. I personally did not. The office staff thinks it's OK for another tenant to look in windows of other tenants, to purposely antagonize them, and badmouth them to other tenants in the building. Quiet is not going to happen on bills game day, they also do not tell you, about traffic on game days. As far as the lawn crew, well that's not up to par either. The grass outside my apartment was 8 inches high, because they only weed wack every third lawn cutting. Let's not talk about the ants that every apartment on the first floor has. I was forced to put up with them for 7 months. I was promised by corporate, it would be fixed in the spring, I left August 1, because it WAS NOT fixed, and I am the bad guy. Think

Great apartment and very helpful staff! The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. Facilities are kept clean every day. Staff is quick to attend to any problems that arise. You can open a ticket on portal or just give a call to Jeanne and she will get it taken care of. I have consistently experienced the best residential support. When I moved in, due to some mistake, the electric company had put the whole house meter on my account instead of just my apartment. Jeanne, figured out the issue from the bill that she got from company and informed me about it. She reached out to the electric company, spent hours on call and got it all sorted out.
