Do not buy a home from this builder. I purchased a home and regret my decision. My home was to be delivered in August 2021 and not delivered until December 2021 and delivered incomplete. The builder still has not completed the punch list after 4-months of living in the home. Benchmark does not care about the customer after the home is delivered. This is the worse experience I have ever had with a builder. The homes quality and service is not commensurate with the high price tag.
