Bedford Oaks Apartments

This place is the worst apartment complex ever! I recently moved out, and now I truly see the difference, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place‼️ Here’s why: First Management, the manager, Amerika⛔️was not only rude and manipulative but also seemed to despise her job. She had a consistently bad attitude and was quick to become defensive and angry. This led her to enforce a strict email-only communication policy, effectively preventing me from calling her or speaking directly. This approach made resolving issues extremely difficult and was frankly, against standard practices for any complex. On top of that, they placed a family of four(2 Adults and 2 Kids) in a one-bedroom apartment directly above mine, which caused constant noise. When I complained, Amerika dismissed it, sayi

Absolutely a terrible place to live! Plumbing is terrible! There is always some type of water issues. To take a shower it’s either cold or hot. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back no matter how good you keep it. They will come up with charges to take it out of your deposit. Best thing for you to do is never move there! Just keep looking!

The worst apartment I have ever lived in property manager was extremely rude and mean were not that very helpful. The first week we moved and will be noticed so many things wrong with the apartment took them forever to come and fix some things. The bathtub kept peeling and cracking to the point where they had to come and fix it four times and kept trying to blame me and my wife for it and when the heater was not working when it was real bad one day when the snow and ice came, they left us out heat. They gave us a little heater that did not even heat up the house so I had to go out and waste money I did not have to buy heater to keep my wife and me warm and I moved out recently to the point where they do not even want to return that deposit of whatever it was left. One of the best apartment spaces in Bedford! Any issue I had was resolved within due time. The Staff and management is just amazing. Nicole is the most understanding and cooperative manager! She is the most amazing person - and has been a key source ensuring we have a smooth and comfortable residence.

It's been very quiet living at Bedford Oaks and now it's Under New Management Nicole and I remember her when she first started and she was always a nice helpful young lady I kind of wish she would have come in as management I had problems with insects when I moved in 5 years ago and now I don't have any problems with insects Bedford Oaks is Under New Management and I would refer this complex to anyone so give Nicole a chance to get it all together and I think she's going to do better than any other manager that's been here because it's in her spirit to be nice and respect the tenants
