When the company fixed up the leasing office, my ESA letter wasn’t with my file but the rest of my paperwork was ? Sounds like someone was allegedly trying to cover their wrongdoings. Over a month ago. I got up early to prepare for my day and maintenance check up.. around 8am going on 9am. When I was in the shower. I keep my door crack because of the “dark colored mold” and ”mildew” growing from behind my tub and walls. If it wasn’t for my dog barking and alarming me, I wouldn’t have noticed maintenance watching and standing outside my bathroom door

Rochester Villas is a nightmare and will send you to collections when THEY OWE YOU MONEY then they refuse to send the money for moths. A couple months after we moved out, returned keys, verified everything was all set - we get contacted by collections....... I was sent to collections when they owed me money. I'll type it again. They owed ME money, and I was sent to collections...... I was told the check would be sent out asap. It has been another month and I have sent emails that were ignored. I finally got a reply that my check would be sent to their office. I have sent my address and phone number in EVERY communication to them. Why can this office staff not send the check to me? Incompetence on every level. Their response supports my claim and can be seen on the Rochester Villas

On 8/8/25 , I had the opportunity to tour the Bent Tree property and was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were manicured nicely. Happy children were playing outside and the environment was quite serene. In addition I had a great tour guide Bill who answered ALL of my questions and made me feel very welcome. I’m hoping to call this property home in the very near future.. C.W.

I tried to reach an office staff at Beacon and the phone just kept saying if you need to talk to the operator, press 0. I did so multiple times until the end of my break from work. I'm trying to resolve my mailbox issue at my community, the Reserves of Southgate. My lease has options for the event that you loose your mailbox key although they don't if staff gives you the wrong key. This has been going on for two months that I can't access my mail and the home office tells me I have to go and pay $40 dollar's to get the lock replaced, than they will give a key to the office and they'll give it to me, than why do I have to pay the $40, if I won't even get the key from who I pay the money too. I'm a Community Justice worker and that sounds a lot like extortion and obstruction of US mail. I'm

Had numerous problems with their property and property management at woodland gardens. Reached out to corporate office numerous times without one call back. I had my property stollen from staff eairler this year. Was told by their property manager Krystal I can google myself who I can call and make a complaint about her to. Still haven't recieved a call from this office back after leaving numerous calls and emails. Also emailed the ceo and no response there either. BEWARE of these slum lords and do not rent from them.
