Apartments get professionally cleaned after every move out. Maintenance issues are getting solved within a week. There’s a GREAT SPOT to walk your dogs that is gated off (tenant use only) Ballinger lake is less then 2 miles away They keep the hallways phenomenally clean. Every time I get home from work, there’s someone cleaning up the halls.

Beware putting in an application fee until you've seen the ACTUAL apartment you're renting and your move-in date is NOW. You're going to lose $50 to $100. I called ahead to make sure my application would be first. I've seen the layout of this apartment before so I knew I'd be okay with it. I scheduled a walk and expressed that the walk was just formal so I could see what furniture I might need. The day of the walk, I'm called to be told that there is a tenant in the unit still. I tried to ask if this was an eviction issue or if the tenant just needed an extension. The apartment wouldn't specify or give a timeline and did not have any other 1br options available. Put in an application for an apartment, paid the fee, and a few days later they told me "that apartment is not available anymore, and we have no other apartments available in that size." Kept my deposit anyway and refused to refund it despite it being their fault for not doing due diligence in making sure the apartment was available before listing it for rent. Actual scumlord behaviour, do not rent from these clowns.

While the interior is nice, and high-end looking, this place does not stay together. The molding in the bathtub peels up every 10 showers or so, letting water seep into the wall. The smell of dog piss is all you can smell in the stairwells. The elevator broke down and it took them 5 weeks to fix it, felt bad for the handicapped residents. Neighbors don't seem to know how to keep trash in the dumpster. And the landlord does not respond to emails, it takes her months. Don't recommend.

Lived there for almost 5 years... There is no office in the building, and the manager is very difficult to reach. Building maintenance requests don't get done on time and I've had to send numerous requests for the same issue. Half the time after the issue was "fixed" (they are big fans of superglue, velcro, and duct tape) I would have to start the whole thing over again with a new request. There is also no telling where your package will arrive- some of mine had been left at the door, just inside the building, downstairs next to the mail, down at the garage entrance, and a few other places... I've even seen packages being left in the elevator. Speaking of which - it is a pet friendly building and every pet owner there has let them do their business on there, so after a while I began using
