Avery Dania Pointe

I’ve been a tenant at Avery Dania Pointe for the past year, and while the community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, what truly made my experience special were the property managers, Lorena and Gustavo. From the very beginning, they made me feel genuinely cared for—not just like another unit number. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and kind, but what stands out most is how human they are. Whether it was handling maintenance requests, answering questions, or helping me navigate situations that came up during my lease, they always treated me with patience, respect, and empathy. It’s rare to find property managers who actually listen and make you feel heard, and Lorena and Gustavo do exactly that. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken

I have been living here in Dania Pointe for the last 3 years. Management and maintenance do a great job. The building always looks great. The amenities are awesome, a pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. We also have the plaza where there are multiple stores, multiple restaurants, multiple bars a bowling alley, Nike shop, brand new movie theater. Quiet and clean. Everywhere you go in south florida, the rent can be high.But here you do get more for your money.

Avoid Avery Dania Pointe at all costs. Where do I even begin. From the day we moved in, it was one issue after another, and management consistently showed they simply do not care about residents. When we moved in, our unit was missing a door. We were told it would be installed the following week. That door was NEVER installed the entire time we lived there. Not weeks. Not months. The entire lease. Every time we followed up, we got excuses or no response at all. The hallways are constantly filthy, dog urine, trash sitting for days, and zero sense of upkeep. For a building that markets itself as “luxury,” the common areas are embarrassingly neglected. Parking is a nightmare. Our car was booted SEVEN times despite having all the proper documentation and parking passes displayed. Seven. Ea

I recently had an issue with Ivory Dania North, and I have to say Lorena completely turned my experience around. From the moment I spoke to her she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved quickly and smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work .Thanks to her, my confidence in the management and the community was fully restored. She’s absolutely amazing — a true asset to Ivory Dania North⭐️⭐️👍

Update: I received an email from management after this review regarding the guess pass. Let’s hope for continued improvements :) I’ve lived here going on 2 years in hopes to see improvements. Other the the location being close the the beach and airport I don’t have a lot positive things to say. Management is NOT responsive to emails, but I see a quicker response to google reviews. Although everyone here does NOT clean up after themselves that is not managements fault. The trash is usually overflowing out into the hallways which is an ongoing issue. The hallways tend to smell because of this as well. Guest parking is NOT convenient!! I’ve sent management 3 emails on a way to obtain a guess pass (because approval is needed prior) and I STILL have NOT received a response. If the office is
