August Oaks Townhomes

Ariel was so nice and helped us find the right floor plan for us. She was so patient and provided the all the answers we needed. Love the finishes of every townhome and there are so many floor plans to choose from.

If I could give the property manager Randall Pollard 0 stars I would. We have been trying to get a refund from all move in costs totaling $2,445 due to the unit we were rented being unlivable. We were scheduled to move in on 11/22/25 and upon inspecting the unit we immediately did not feel it was a good fit for us health wise.I have enclosed all videos and pictures included. When I initially reached out to Mr.Pollard he downplayed our concerns in regards to roaches being present and an obvious bug infestation that needs to be addressed. Regardless, he offered to refund us the full amount to include our application fee. I informed in text message and over the phone to mail the check to our my current adddress in Cincinnati, OH. The woman in the office that gave me a tour was the best I've ever seen. She's very kind and is full of joy. The way she walked me through everything was amazing.

Me and my 3 sons have lived here for 3 years and we love it. The maintenance guys are awesome! Randall the property manager is GREAT he takes care of his residents and doesn't put up with any nonsense. Stephanie is a very sweet and kind lady. Im planning on staying another year!

A greedy establishment. I had lived in the home for 3 years up until this last July when they refused to renew my lease. They kicked me and my disabled family out after refusing to replace my air-conditioner like they had for any other unit. My disabilities include Fibromyalgia, which leads to extreme pain in high heat, only exacerbated by their greed in driving us out as poorer customers. And just recently, a friend was wanting to stay with a friend who lives here with her children for a short period, and they threatened to almost double the current rent should their young family seek asylum with their friend lest they be left on the street. Overall, this place is riddled with false promises and greed from these 'new' owners. They've done nothing but slap a layer of paint over decades o
